We promptly assessed the proposal for the applicant before then being instructed to write a detailed submission to the council setting out why the position they were taken was wrong having regard to the case law on these matters. RCC have been involved in numerous proposal for annexes and were able to persuade the council that they had no grounds to refuse the application. Needless to say the planning permission soon followed.
