Annex allowed in garden of listed building in Wiltshire
This is the latest success RCC have had in attaining approval that the siting of a timber cabin for ancillary use does not require planning permission.
RCC have worked on numerous sites across the country and the proposals are always heavily scrutinised by the council planners, and sometimes the council lawyers. In this instance, the fact that the host dwelling was a listed building, added to the complexities as did the relationship between the occupiers of the house and the cabin. A strong and bespoke case was made and we were delighted that approval was granted within the normal 8 weeks.
