Beauty salon use allowed at residential property in Wiltshire
Planning permission has just been granted to allow the beauty use to continue from a cabin in the garden of our client's house.
The council had investigated the business use and advised that the use had to cease. However, RCC has had previous success at attaining planning permission for commercial uses at residential properties and proceeded to prepare and submit a planning application. We were delighted when the council agreed to allow the use to continue.
