Conversion of building to commercial use permitted
The building is located in an open countryside location and its conversion now allows it to be used for for a manufacturing use.
The building was associated with an adjacent abattoir but was very much underused for ancillary storage. The proposal was a wholesale conversion to allow it to be used as a base for a raw pet food business that had previously been successful on Dragons’s Den. We are delighted that this approval has come through quickly as this will allow the business to continue growing.
