Conversion of former chapel to residential use permitted in Wiltshire
RCC are delighted to have attained permission to convert this chapel to residential use with permission being granted under delegated powers.
Our clients had previously submitted a pre-application enquiry into the council and received a negative response with officers objecting to the principle of the residential use in this countryside location. RCC were asked to assist and we put together a strong case in support of the proposal and setting out a strong case to the council. That case has now been accepted by the council and permission granted.
