Dwelling approved in subdivided garden in Dorset
RCC are delighted to have attained permission for a dwelling in part of this rear garden, the second one we have had approved in this street.
There had been previous resistance from the council to dwellings in the back gardens of these properties, which had their own street frontage, but RCC attained permission last year for one plot and since then a couple of other landowners have followed suit and used our approval as a precedent. We were delighted when we had the opportunity for progress a further plot and attain a further planning permission for the landowner.
