The proposed dwelling occupies part of the garden that was no longer required by the host dwelling and provides a prefect small infill plot.
The site belongs to a Housing Association and was part of our wider work we do for them to look at making the best use of vacant or underused land. In this instance the land wasn’t used by the tenant and was in fact too much for them to look after, it was thus a perfect opportunity to create a modest plot for a bungalow.
