Five dwellings approved in Dorset
The application was to demolish some underused garages and create a terrace of modest dwellings, thus making best use of a brownfield site.
Our housing association client had first asked RCC to review the development potential of this site in Wimborne before then preparing and submitting a full planning application for the site. The result is approval under delegated powers with the minimum of fuss.
