Four new dwellings permitted in Keynsham
RCC are delighted to have attained planning permission for 4 dwellings in a clients garden.
The site lay on the outskirts of Keynsham near Bath and had previously been part of the Green Belt. However other large scale development proposals in the area change the planning situation for the site and so there was an opportunity for our clients to development their very large garden whilst still retaining sufficient space for their house. The application process was long and drawn out but we were delighted when the permission was finally granted under delegated powers.
