Holiday lodge and camping proposal approved

The proposal was at an established fishing lake and tourist site and allowed for a re-ordering of the site to improve facilities for all and was approved by a Wiltshire Planning Committee.

The proposal required extensive supporting surveys and documents but should have been more straightforward than it was.

However, the full and robust case presented resulted in a recommendation for approval but a councillor call-in meant the final decision would have to be made by the planning committee.

RCC attended and presented at that committee and we were delighted when approval was agreed.
