Larger agricultural workers cabin permitted in Surrey
RCC are delighted to attained consent to replace a current timber cabin with a much larger one at this agricultural and equestrian unit.
There was a complicated planning history at the site and as such the approach taken had to be carefully considered. Once the most appropriate strategy had been agreed RCC presented a detailed case to the council confident in approach taken. The result was an approval within the usual timescales.
