New single storey dwelling permitted in Dorset
RCC are delighted to have attained consent for a modest one bedroom dwelling in place of a small group of garages in Wimborne.
As part of our partnership with a housing association we have been reviewing opportunities for small housing developments on underused land across a number of counties. This was very modest and awkward bit of land but RCC have managed to get an individually designed dwelling approved. It was a challenging site and we are delighted that the planners agreed that this was an appropriate development making the best use of this bit of underused land.
