Outbuilding permitted in the AONB
Approval has been attained for a modest outbuilding for an extended property in the heart of the AONB.
The building was relatively modest and was to be used for for domestic use and for the storage of equipment for the management of the wider land associated with the house. The position, scale and design of the building was carefully considered and as such the council approved the proposal within the 8 week target.
