Pair of dwellings allowed on garage site
Following a long fought saga planning permission has been granted for this pair of dwellings in a Wiltshire village.
A previous application had been refused but RCC were tasked were pursuing amendments that would overcome the council’s objections. We eventually got a recommendation of approval but the matter was referred to the planning committee by the local councillor. RCC attended the meeting on behalf of our clients and were delighted when approval was granted.
