Planning appeal allowed for new dwelling in Chipping Norton
RCC are delighted that our planning appeal against the refusal of planning permission by Cotswold District Council has been successful.
We had been brought in following the refusal of planning permission on heritage and amenity grounds to review the proposal and advise the applicant on their chances of success at appeal. We always felt the proposed, which was in the Chipping Norton Conservation Area, was of a high quality of design and that the relationship with neighbouring properties was typical of a historic town centre. We were delighted that, after a long wait, the Planning Inspector agreed with our case and granted planning permission.
