Removal of planning condition permitted in Wiltshire

The condition restricted the point of access for our client’s home and this dated back to 1999 and had a significant impact as they now wanted to sell the house with it own separate access.

They had previously tried to remove the application but that application was refused and a subsequent appeal was dismissed.

RCC were however able to put together a carefully constructed argument based on changes in circumstances in the locality and in planning and highway policies resulting in an approval under delegated powers.
