Reserved matters for new dwelling approved in Wilsthire
After quite a delay due to COVID and restrictions on Council site visits we are pleased that this approval is final issued
The previous outline application had been complicated by a third party access and a planning application on a neighbouring site (also be dealt with by RCC). Following that outline consent we worked with the architect on producing a modern split level design that would with the slop of the site which the council have now approved.
