Retail use permitted in a countryside location
RCC has assisted PKA Architects in attaining permission for the retail conversion in Wiltshire
Due to an intervening use this former agricultural building couldn’t be subject to a ‘permitted development’ change of use and as such full permission was required. RCC advised the owner and architect at an early stage as to how the matter should be approached and then prepared a planning statement in support of the application. We were delighted when permission was granted without delay.
