Retention of timber cabin for tourist accommodation use permitted
RCC are please to have attained permission for a former temporary equine workers dwelling to be retained permanently.
The cabin had previously been granted permission as part of a new equestrian yard but permission has now been granted for a permanent dwelling on the site in place of the cabin. The council had requested that the cabin should be removed but RCC made a strong case as to why the cabin should be retained for uses complimentary to the equine business. This case was accepted by the council and the cabin can stay.
