Retrospective consent granted for timber buildings
Permission has been granted to retain the two new timber shed in the Wiltshire countryside after an enforcement investigation
Our client had been unaware that permission was required and once instructed the first things done by RCC was to liaise with the council’s enforcement officer before then preparing the application to retain the building. We are delighted for our clients that their worries are now over as permission has been granted.
