Retrospective planning permission granted at Wiltshire property
Permission has been granted for this raised parking area in Potterne following a previous complaint to the council.
Our client had constructed this raised parking area to improve access and parking at their property - which is on steeply sloping ground. They had assumed that permission was not required but a complaint was received by the council. RCC quickly put together a retrospective planning application and we are pleased that permission has now been granted.
