Tennis court permitted in Wiltshire field
RCC are pleased to have attained planning permission for the tennis court on land outside of the defined domestic curtilage of this countryside property.
The client was keen to have the tennis court on land outside of the formal garden area due to the topography of the garden and to avoid impacting on the setting of the house. A location was therefore proposed on adjacent agricultural land as can be seen in the photograph. Permission was achieved within the normal 8 weeks.
