Tourism accommodation use of building allowed in Wiltshire
RCC are delighted to have attained permission for this use in an 'out of village' location.
The applicant wanted to re-use an annex building for a self contained tourism use but the wording of Wiltshire Council’s tourism policy often makes such proposals difficult. RCC were able to present a coherent and robust case to support the proposal using examples of previous successes we had had. The result was a delegated approval within the normal 8 week timescale.
